Details

Pleurotus sajor-caju is a tropical oyster mushroom commonly cultivated throughout Asia. It grows well on agricultural residues including wheat straw, paddy straw, and cotton waste.

As a saprophytic species, it efficiently converts lignocellulosic waste into edible mushrooms. Grey Oyster tolerates warmer conditions than Blue Oyster and is well suited for commercial cultivation in tropical and subtropical climates.
