How do I grow milky mushrooms?

Milky mushroom (Calocybe indica) is well suited to India's hot, humid plains and central and southern climates. It grows on pasteurised straw, fruits at about 25 to 35°C, and has a longer shelf life than most, which helps with marketing. It needs a casing layer of moist soil or coir to fruit well. It is a strong summer crop when oysters struggle.
