How do I grow king oyster mushrooms?

King oyster grows on supplemented hardwood sawdust and fruits best with a cool trigger. Colonise at 20 to 24°C, then fruit at about 15 to 18°C with high humidity and strong fresh air, which encourages the thick white stems it is prized for. Low fresh air makes tall, thin stems, so keep the chamber well ventilated and lightly lit.
