What should I do if my culture arrives contaminated or damaged?

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If a plate is cracked, a syringe has leaked, or you see off-colours or a bad smell that suggest contamination, take clear photos before doing anything else and contact us with your order details. Do not use a culture you suspect is contaminated, because it can spoil a whole grow. We will work with you to make it right.
