How do I make grain spawn from a liquid culture?

Cook and drain your grain to about 45 to 55% moisture, load it into jars with a filtered lid, and pressure sterilise at 15 psi for 90 to 120 minutes. After it cools fully, inject 2 to 5 ml of clean liquid culture per jar next to a flame or inside a still air box. Shake the jar once the grain shows healthy growth to spread colonisation, and keep it warm around 21 to 24°C until fully white.
